Due to the nature of purchasing software source code, All sales are final.<\/strong> There are no refunds<\/strong> since neither you nor I can legally prove you have deleted all the purchased source code from any and all computer(s) or repositories of which you own or are associated. In other words, you do not have possession of the software code<\/strong>. For Example, if you were to return a published book for refund at your local bookstore, you would no longer possess the book. We hold a similar view concerning software source code.<\/li>\n
  2. Membership is a License to access PBMCube Gaming network features and services. This license could be revoked based on a member’s conduct.<\/li>\n
  3. In order to receive support, you are not allowed to make any changes to access sessions, original source code and text-based cookies.<\/li>\n
  4. Stephen Gose LLC and subsidiaries will not offer customer support for third-party products purchased anywhere else or on any Stephen-Gose.com<\/strong> websites without a project contract<\/strong>. You should open a project contract.<\/li>\n
  5. You understand that if you abuse the Licensing system, Stephen Gose LLC and subsidiaries reserves the right to revoke all of your license(s) without refund(s) and terminate support.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Members are permitted only one membership gaming account — either\u00a0 a subscription-based<\/strong> or Life Time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. You will keep Game Review topics relevant and not use it to advertise any third-party product.<\/li>\n
    4. You are responsible for keeping your account safe by using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone.<\/li>\n
    5. You agree to be nice. Harassment — of any kind! — is not tolerated. We report “cyber-bullying” to our local US law enforcement agencies.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Non-verified Accounts that are inactive for 30 days, will be automatically demoted to “Undead” membership status. Reinstatement fees will apply.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Affiliates access is granted to selected areas based on a minimum age of 18 and affiliate role<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Affiliates are permitted account(s) based on role(s).<\/li>\n
      3. You will keep Game Review topics relevant to your own products<\/strong> and not use it to defame any third-party product(s)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. You are responsible for keeping your account safe by using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone.<\/li>\n
      5. You agree to be nice. Harassment — of any kind! — is not tolerated. We report “cyber-bullying” to our local US law enforcement agencies.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      6. Non-verified Affiliate Accounts that are inactive for 30 days, will be automatically demoted to “Inactive” affiliate status.<\/li>\n
      7. Expired Game Subscription Licenses will revert that individual game subscription license<\/strong> to the demonstration mode globally (world-wide).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
